Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, intimate apparel, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for details.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at jamiewillson419@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.
